    From selling products that improve the lives of their end-user, to making captivating marketing campaigns that make us laugh (or cry), Giving back to the community to empowering their employees so much that they, in turn, have a positive ripple effect on all of the people they encounter.

  • How It Works

    Nominations

    Anyone can nominate a company! (Friends, family, employees, die-hard fans, etc). If YOU think there is a Impactful company out there that you feel should be celebrated, nominate them!

    2

    Submissions

    Once a company has been nominated, they will be invited to submit the official application answering how they make an impact and submitting two letters of recommendation.

    3

    Determining the finalists

    The team at Grow Disrupt will pick the finalists. The finalists will then submit a video that exemplifies how their company makes the biggest impact.

    4

    Choosing the winner

    A team of judges will be sent the finalists' original application and video. The judges will vote on the winner and the the grand prize will be determined.

     

    Grow Disrupt will also open a "People's Choice" award. Where fans and viewers will get to vote
